Important to Remember - Top 5:

  1. Access to DHL Stadium and the Event: Entry is exclusively through the P1A entrance, regardless of whether you arrive by car, bolt/taxi, or on foot.

  2. NOTE: Printed tickets are not required. Simply provide your name at the information desk (Level 1). If you have registered, you will automatically receive your participant materials.

  3. NOTE: You must wear your name badge at all times and ensure it is visible. Do not lose or forget it!

  4. All event activities take place on Level 1, including registration, keynotes in Room 1, the full programme, catering, networking, and all related sessions.

  5. Relax, network, and enjoy!

Arrival at the Stadium

​​​Access to the DHL Stadium and the event is only through the P1A entrance, whether arriving by car (Parking 01) or on foot.

Event entry is exclusively on Level 1, close to the P1A entrance.

Name Badges and Registration

When arriving at the venue for the first time, visit the information and registration desk in the Level 1 lobby. There is a designated information area for participants where you will simply provide your name to receive your name badge and participant materials.

  • NOTE: Your name badge must be worn at all times and kept visible. Do not lose or misplace it under any circumstances!
