Group Ticket Pricing
Group ticket pricing is fixed and does not depend on the timing of the purchase. The standard Full Congress Ticket price is 10,500 ZAR.
Group pricing:

3 or more tickets: 8,000 ZAR per ticket

10 or more tickets: 7,000 ZAR per ticket
How to Purchase Group Tickets

Confirm the group ticket package, with a minimum of three participants

The group ticket package (min 3 tickets) is invoiced after confirmation

Additional participants may be added at the agreed group ticket price up to one week before the event and will be invoiced accordingly

Participant names may be assigned and updated up to one week before the event

Invoicing and Payment

Group tickets are invoiced to the organisation with a single invoice. The invoice must be paid before the event to ensure participation.

If your organisation requires invoicing instead of online payment, please contact the Hope Summit team.
Cancellation and Substitution

Group ticket purchases are binding and non-refundable once invoiced. The minimum group size of three participants is invoiced in full.

If a participant is unable to attend, the ticket may be transferred to a colleague. Cancellation conditions also apply in cases of illness.
