A Practical Introduction to Agile and Scrum

Participants will explore how self-managing teams, lean thinking, empirical process control, and clear Agile accountabilities enable organisations to respond effectively to uncertainty, and will compare traditional plan-driven approaches with value-driven delivery.

The workshop concludes with the Scrum Suitability Slider exercise, helping participants identify where Agile creates the greatest business value and where traditional approaches remain appropriate.

No prior Agile knowledge is required. Participants leave with practical insights and tools they can apply immediately within their organisations. Come curious, leave equipped.
