Shaping the Future of Project-Oriented Work

Hope Summit invites experts, practitioners, consultants, trainers, and organisations to contribute to a practice-focused programme through expert and case presentations.

We are looking for clear, relevant, and experience-based contributions that share insight, lessons learned, and practical approaches related to project leadership, business, and management. Presentation Formats

Case Presentation
The emphasis is on sharing real-world examples, lessons learned, success stories, and practical experiences from the field. Case presentations may cover topics such as successful project implementations, overcoming challenges, implementing innovative solutions, or achieving project objectives—providing key insights into how organisations drive meaningful change.

Expert Presentation
The focus of an expert presentation is on sharing insights, best practices, innovative approaches, or research findings with the audience. These presentations aim to educate and inform, offering valuable takeaways and actionable insights for both individuals and organisations.

Submission Guidelines

  • Proposal deadline: 30 June 2026

  • Notification of acceptance: As soon as possible, and no later than 30 June 2026

  • Session duration: 40 minutes, including a 5-minute Q and A

  • Speaker benefit: Selected speakers receive a full two-day Summit ticket (Value R10 500) as a token of appreciation

 

How to Apply

 

Submitting a proposal is straightforward:

  1. Prepare a clear topic proposal aligned with one of the Summit themes

  2. Complete the online application form with your session details

  3. Selected speakers will receive confirmation and next steps from the programme team
