Cancellation Conditions and Payment

Once a ticket has been purchased for an event, participation is binding and the ticket is non-refundable. Registration will be invoiced at the time of booking (credit card). If you are unable to attend the event, you can give your place to a colleague. Cancellation conditions also apply in case of illness.

Invoice to Company

The main principle is that single tickets are bought from the ticket shop. If a single ticket needs to be invoiced to a company, there will be an additional R100 invoicing fee.
Group tickets are invoiced to the company with a single invoice. Ticket users can be changed and updated one week before the event via the contact form. Please note: Group ticket package invoices must be paid before the event.
