This page provides essential practical information to help you prepare for your participation at Hope Summit. Please review the details below ahead of your arrival.
Important to Remember

Access to DHL Stadium and the event is exclusively via the P1A entrance, regardless of whether you arrive by car, taxi, ride-hailing service, or on foot.

All participants must be able to verify their identity at the P1A entrance. Entry is permitted only to registered participants. Individuals who are not registered will not be granted access to the Stadium.

Printed tickets are not required. Registration is managed by name.

Please wear your name badge at all times and ensure it is clearly visible.

All event activities take place on Level 1, including registration, keynote sessions, the full programme, catering, networking, and social events.

We encourage you to relax, engage in conversations, and make the most of the Summit experience.
Arrival at the Stadium and Event info
Access to DHL Stadium and the Hope Summit event is only through the P1A entrance.
Event info
Event entry, info and registration desk are located on Level 1, close to the P1A entrance. Participants arriving by car should drive directly to Level 1. The ramp to Level 1 is immediately after the P1A gate. Please follow the event pull-ups and directional signage.

Registration and Name Badges
When arriving at the venue for the first time, please proceed to the information and registration desk located in the Level 1 lobby. Simply provide your name to receive your name badge and participant materials.
