-
The minimum three-person participation package will be invoiced within a few weeks.
-

-
The organisation may add additional participants through the same link with the same Wise Bird discount. These additional participants will be invoiced four weeks before the event.

Important Conditions
-
The Wise Bird Group Ticket offer is valid for organisations purchasing a minimum of three tickets.
-
The offer is valid until 31 May.
-
Tickets must be purchased as a group to qualify for the Wise Bird price.
-
Organisations that confirm their Wise Bird Group Ticket purchase before the campaign deadline may add additional participants later at the same Wise Bird price, subject to availability, which will be invoiced before the event starts.
Invoicing and Payment
-
Wise Bird Group Tickets will be invoiced after the campaign period has ended.
-
Group tickets are invoiced to the organisation with a single invoice. The invoice must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice and before the event to ensure participation.
-
To secure the Wise Bird price, the organisation must confirm its group ticket purchase before the campaign deadline. Late payment may affect the organisation’s right to participate under the Wise Bird offer.
Cancellation and Substitution
-
Group ticket purchases are binding and non-refundable once invoiced. The minimum group size of three participants is invoiced in full.
-
If a participant is unable to attend, the ticket may be transferred to a colleague from the same organisation. Cancellation conditions also apply in cases of illness.
