For a limited time, organisations can take advantage of the Wise Bird Group Ticket offer for Hope Summit. When an organisation purchases a minimum of three tickets by the end of March, the total ticket price is reduced by 50 percent.

 

This means:

  • Wise Bird price: 5,250 ZAR per ticket

  • Normal price: 10,500 ZAR per ticket

How It Works?

  1. Organisation contacts the Hope Summit team via the contact form below.

  2. Via email, we confirm the participation of a minimum of three participants.

  3. The minimum three-person participation package will be invoiced within a few weeks.

  4. During the same period, the organisation will receive a link to a simple registration form through which the actual participants complete their formal registration.

  5. The organisation may add additional participants through the same link with the same Wise Bird discount. These additional participants will be invoiced four weeks before the event.

Important Conditions

  1. Minimum purchase of three tickets per organisation

  2. Offer valid until 14 April

  3. Tickets must be purchased as a group to qualify for the Wise Bird price

Invoicing and Payment

  1. Group tickets are invoiced to the organisation with a single invoice. The invoice must be paid before the event to ensure participation.

Cancellation and Substitution

  1. Group ticket purchases are binding and non-refundable once invoiced. The minimum group size of three participants is invoiced in full.

  2. If a participant is unable to attend, the ticket may be transferred to a colleague. Cancellation conditions also apply in cases of illness.
