Submit Experts and Case Presentations

Submission Guidelines

  • Proposal deadline: 30 June 2026

  • Notification of acceptance: As soon as possible, and no later than 30 July 2026 (We Hope)

  • Session duration: 40 minutes, including a 5-minute Q and A

  • Speaker benefit: Selected speakers receive a full two-day Summit ticket (Value R10 500) as a token of appreciation

 

How to Apply

 

Submitting a proposal is straightforward:

  1. Prepare a clear topic proposal aligned with one of the Summit themes

  2. Complete the online application form with your session details

  3. Selected speakers will receive confirmation and next steps from the programme team
