Important to Remember - Top 4:

  1. Access to DHL Stadium and the Event: Entry is exclusively through the P1A entrance, regardless of whether you arrive by car, bolt/taxi, or on foot.

  2. NOTE: Printed tickets are not required. Simply provide your name at the information desk. If you have registered, you will automatically receive your participant materials.

  3. NOTE: You must wear your name badge at all times and ensure it is visible. Do not lose or forget it!

  4. Relax, network, and enjoy!

Event Reminders and Guidelines

  1. Venue Equipment: Presentation computers will be available in each event hall.

  2. Personal Laptops: Presenters may use their own laptops. If you’re using a Mac, please bring any required adapters with you.

  3. Presentation Duration: 40 minutes, including time for a Q&A session.

  4. Format: Please prepare your presentation in PowerPoint format. We’ll convert it to PDF to share with participants via the event’s digital material bank.

  5. Template: You’re welcome to use your own PowerPoint template.

  6. Presentation delivery: Please send your PowerPoint presentation 3–4 days before the event to the organiser, or bring it with you upon arrival. If your file is large, you may also use WeTransfer or a similar service.

  7. Arrival: Speakers are requested to arrive at the venue one (1) hour before their scheduled presentation.

  8. Dress Code: Smart casual attire is recommended.

Arrival at the Stadium

​​​Access to the DHL Stadium and the event is only through the P1A entrance, whether arriving by car (Parking 01), shuttle, or on foot.

Event entry is exclusively on Level 1, close to the P1A entrance.

Name Badges and Registration

When arriving at the venue for the first time, visit the information and registration desk in the Level 1 lobby. There is a designated information area for participants where you will simply provide your name to receive your name badge and participant materials.

  • NOTE: No printed tickets are required. Provide your name at the desk, and if you have registered, you will automatically receive your participant materials.

  • NOTE: Your name badge must be worn at all times and kept visible. Do not lose or misplace it under any circumstances!
